New Construction Residential
This inspection is performed when a newly built home or condo is ready to move in but before your final walk-thru with the builder. Have our report in hand for that walk-thru and have defects fixed before you close! Peace of Mind!

New Construction Commercial
This inspection is performed when a newly built commercial property is ready to be used and before your final walk-thru with the builder or manager. Have our report in hand for that walk-thru and have defects fixed before you close! Peace of Mind!

Mold Sampling
Samples of the suspect mold are taken via swab or air pump. 

Thermal Imaging Inspection
Using infrared technology, this inspection will discover hidden defects, such as leaks and energy loss that otherwise can not be seen.  In addition, electrical systems can be checked for overheating.  This in depth look at your home will give you a better understanding of the "overall picture" of your purchase.

Pre-existing Residential
Property conditions change with time and use. The report is for the exclusive use of our client. The report is intended to provide you with information concerning the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. Please read the report carefully. If any item is unclear, you should ask the inspector for clarification.

Pre-existing Commercial
Property Condition Assessment: 1st Class Inspections provide a Property Condition Assessment for commercial properties covering the following major components: Building Structure, Foundation, Roofing System, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems, Parking and Driving Surfaces, Heating and/or Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC), Doors and Windows.

Pre-Listing Inspection
A pre-listing inspection will give you information on the current condition of your home or condo. You can make repairs before a potential purchaser has an inspection to make the transaction run smoothly.

One Year Warranty Inspection
We typically perform this inspection about 30 days prior to your builder’s one-year new home warranty expiration. We will let you know if items are performing as intended or if the builder needs to be notified of defects.

Prevention Inspection
We typically perform this inspection about 30 days prior to your builder’s one-year new home warranty expiration. We will let you know if items are performing as intended or if the builder needs to be notified of defects.This type of inspection is sought after by the owner of a property if there are any personal concerns or when the home owner wants to know if the item or items of concern are in a need of repair.

Delayed Maintenance Inspection
Often properties go un-cared for. In these circumstances, a qualified inspector is going to provide a report that will help the client take care of neglected home maintenance.
