Mold Sampling
Samples of the suspect mold are taken via swab or air pump.
Thermal Imaging Inspection
Using infrared technology, this inspection will discover hidden defects, such as leaks and energy loss that otherwise can not be seen. In addition, electrical systems can be checked for overheating. This in depth look at your home will give you a better understanding of the "overall picture" of your purchase.
Pre-existing Residential
Property conditions change with time and use. The report is for the exclusive use of our client. The report is intended to provide you with information concerning the condition of the property at the time of the inspection. Please read the report carefully.
